Take a measuring tape and wrap it around your wrist where you want to wear the jewelry later. Measure the circumference of your wrist in centimeters. Make sure the bracelet, wrist chain, or bangle is not too tight, but also not too loose, to avoid uncomfortable pressure spots.

Check the correct size by trying to slip your little finger between the measuring tape and your wrist. If it fits, this is the ideal size.
