Cancellation Information

All orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped. If your order has already been paid for and you wish to make changes or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours to notify us. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. It is sufficient for you to send us your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all received from you without delay and no payments later than fourteen days after the day on which we were notified of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you incur any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You are required to return the goods without delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract, to the address mentioned above. The period is considered respected if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Please include a note with your exchange request. You can simply add this note to the package. Inform us of your exchange wish, including the desired size or variant.
